We chose Matt as our buyer’s agent after meeting multiples other agents at open houses and finding his calm and professional (never pushy) approach a perfect match for our style. Matt was always extremely responsive, and knowledgeable, helping us to navigate a relatively unknown area and narrowing down our search parameters. Matt didn’t get frustrated when we altered those parameters and was quick to rework search needs and provide new options when required. With our tight time frame and Matt and Jenny Cannon's market positioning, they listed and sold our home above our expectations and in our time frame. We have worked with Matt twice now on both the purchase and sale of our condo. He is extremely responsive and always kept us up to date on where things stood which was very important as we were out of town buyers/sellers. I would just like you to know that you have two all star employees. Ann DeBellevue was our realtor and Jennifer Crawford handled our closing. Ann was the best. Her knowledge, professionalism, polite demeanor and overall personality is quite special. She is the best realtor by far that my wife and I have ever dealt with. Should the opportunity arise in the future we would whole heartedly want Ann to handle the proceedings. She is a valuable asset to your firm. Bev Alter is an outstanding real estate professional and has helped us immensely in our search for a home in Sarasota. She listened to what we said we wanted and because of that didn't waste our time with homes we wouldn't want. She was patient with us, knowing it’s a process to make a decision (at least for us) on not only a home but a city and subdivision. She guided and never pushed. What a wonderful person and professional Diane Fogo-Harter is. She recently helped close on my mother’s (Gail, who is 87 years old) condo. Diane was so good to my mother during the entire process (which took over 6 months) that I can’t say enough about her. She was very patient and helped with everything from giving advice about pricing and bids to how to prepare the place to be sold. Since my mother had already moved to a retirement home, Diane would drive her back to get things and go over everything. I myself talked to Diane many times since I live in New Jersey and was concerned about my mother getting through this very important event (she needs to live off of the equity). Diane was always very professional and extremely nice to talk with. Diane told me that she treated my mother the way she would want someone to treat her mom and that’s just what she did. So take care of Diane. You’ve got a good one!
