Our Michael Saunders agent was our neighbor, Ken Callahan. We chose to have Ken sell our house because of his excellent reputation in the area, and we were not misled or disappointed. Ken was prompt in meeting us, realistic in advising us on a price for the house, and he arranged for the services of an amazing photographer for the MLS listing pictures. He kept in touch with us on progress of the sale, advised us of all issues in the house which needed to be addressed, and had two showings before the house was even listed on MLS. Best of all, we had a good offer within six hours of the house appearing on MLS and a signed contract within twelve hours. We closed in 23 days, almost seamlessly. The little glitch which came up and seemed disastrous to us was calmly fixed by Ken before the closing. We would whole heartedly recommend Ken Callahan and Michael Saunders to anyone in the real estate marking in our area.

I was a temporary resident of Longboat Harbour, spending much of my time at my home in Pennsylvania. After selling a property in the UK, I phoned Malihe Karimi and informed her that I would be interested in trading my first floor condo in Longboat Key for one on the bay on a higher floor. Although she assured me that such a condo rarely comes open, she set about to find me exactly what I was looking for. Amazingly soon after, she called to say she had found a property that met my description. Because I could not fly to Florida to view the condo, I asked her to allow my good friends to view it for me. Not only did she sell the unit that unit to me, but she also sold one to my friends! The original asking price of the condo was about $430,000, as I recall. Malihe assured me that it was not worth a penny over $400,000 and was able, with considerable negotiations, to procure it for $399,000. I was delighted. Malihe then went about selling my original condo. She was able to find a buyer quite quickly for a price I felt was reasonable and made it possible for me to settle on my original condo before the purchase of the new property in order that I would have the cash for the new transaction. The sale of one and purchase of another was not an easy task for Malihe. Much of the work had to be done while I was in Pennsylvania. She also had to work around my long-established trip to China for nearly a month. She juggled all of this even when she was quite ill. I cannot say enough about her knowledge of property values in the area and her ability to work with other realtors for the sale and purchase of my properties. Everything went smoothly and all details were addressed. I am most grateful to her for making it possible for me to own the place of my dreams.

I have met many professional type people throughout my life-- from my profession of 31+ years, through my years on the AFT-R Executive Board for retirees, my years of political activism, my educational/social dealings with others concerning RI issues, w/my experiences knowing local RI politicians and from starting a RI state pension lawsuit with a Warwick lawyer of 200 people and if I had to make a determination of who I consider to be a top notch, professional, with the ability for me to trust (and people who know me will tell you that trust does not come easy w/me) and know I can depend on them, I would without question put you in my top five.Your constant generosity, patience, approachability knowledge/experience, great personality, and still touch base w/me after the sale, is something I find rare and impressive and I have said so, to many of my friends, neighbors and colleagues from back home.

I wanted to let you know how much we have appreciated working with Celeste in the search for a home in Sarasota. Celeste has worked with us in the past when we purchased a condominium on Siesta key, but this time we were considering purchasing a house in the Sarasota area, which we did. Celeste again went above and beyond in terms of the service she provided, the information she shared etc… She is, as you probably know very resourceful and was also extremely helpful in our decision of where and what to buy. We are very happy with our purchase and give all the credit to Celeste, she was very supportive through the entire process. Having spent several years in sales management for a Fortune 500 company, I can say with confidence, that I know a good sales person when I see one.
