My biggest fear with any real estate agent (right or wrong) is greed and that they may really care about just one thing....a commission check. Well, Beth Ann Boyer definitely changed our perspective on that! How refreshing to find an agent that not only cares, but definitely looks out for your best interest and puts hers aside. Her attention to detail and list of industry contacts made the entire process a breeze. She never once let our home be seen without personally being there and also present during any vendor or inspection visit. Coming from Cape Cod, Massachusetts, my husband and I anticipated a very long search for our home in Florida; how wrong we were! Robert Goldman really LISTENED to our lengthy list of requirements and desires as we began our quest with him. On our third day of looking at houses, Robert said, "I have a house to show you which I think you will love." Within minutes of walking into this house, we knew we had found our home. I cannot stress enough how wonderful it is to work with such a consummate professional as Robert. Not only did he seem to read our minds, he also guided us through what can be an arduous experience. After negotiating with the seller to enable our purchase of the house, Robert was with us every step of the way-- from mortgage companies to inspectors to title companies--all the way to the closing, which, because of Robert, went like silk. I was very lucky to find Jaime through his internet site and email postings, I wanted to find the right vacation home for the family and Jaime helped me to find the ideal property in a single day, he clearly understands the real estate market in the Sarasota area. We are so please to have had Jaime help us navigate through the complexity of finding a new home.
