Larry helped us find our dream retirement villa last Spring. He spent three days taking us to places all around Sarasota as he listed the benefits of each community we toured along with a complete description of the cultural and recreational opportunities that awaited us. After showing us the perfect place, he negotiated a more than reasonable price. We returned to Chicago and he took care of all the details right through closing, including making regular visits to our property to make sure everything was taken care of until we made the move down here a month later. We highly recommend him.

We were in Bradenton over the holidays, and were looking for a condo that allowed two smaller dogs, as the one we currently own only allowed one. Greg found us eleven listings meeting this criteria, as well as our budget, and we were able to visit the ones we selected the next day. (Remember, this was during the week before Christmas) We presented an offer, negotiated further after the inspection, and had the entire deal done in three days. Greg provided information on mortgage brokers that could close quickly, and we worked with two, selecting one who was great to work with, and we had the mortgage locked up very quickly, as well. Greg went over the top to accommodate our schedule, and guided us quickly and easily through the process. He has stayed in touch, offering suggestions for repair professionals when we need them. He got right to the point, found what we needed, and made sure everything was accomplished before we left on January first. He did not waste our time with listings that did not fit our criteria, and found us the perfect fit. He was very professional, respectful, and fun at the same time. He would definitely be our choice for our next home in the Bradenton area!
