I have known Veronika for 6 years, ever since she became the new manager at Beachaven. As a resident of Massachusetts and a full-time realtor I rarely visited Florida and rented my unit through Veronika and the Beachaven Rental Program. Amy Rakouskas recently helped me with my purchase of a new home in the Venice Beach area. It was a remote purchase and during the entire process, she was my main point of contact with the builders. From beginning to end, she was professional and knowledgeable. She made herself available and accommodated my schedule. I was looking for the perfect house in a certain area with a specific budget. Amy found the house I needed and love. She was there for all the inspections and even scheduled some. She accompanied me to the closing even though it was out of town. I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest and completely trustworthy.

Barbara went out of her way for us. Everyday she was doing something to help us get into our home fast as possible. This is our first time to buy and she went through every little step. My wife and I were former neighbors of Scott and in fact lived in the same condo development in Tara Preserve, where we became good friends. When my wife and I decided that we wanted a larger unit, specifically a third bedroom and a two car garage, we contacted Scott. Not only did Scott provide us with numerous choices, along with accompanying us on multiple tours, he found a wonderful condo, that exceeded our expectations. The level of service and communication that you will receive from Scott is outstanding in every respect. We have been in our new unit for almost five months and Scott still phones us on occasion to make sure that everything is ok. I have bought and sold over 20 homes. I have never had an agent that was so thoughtful and knowledgeable. She digs deep for any information we requested. She sold us a house that was for us, not just another sale. Reatha is just plain FANTASTIC.
