Tammy is a very nice person. I don't want someone to "sell me a house", I want someone eager to show me a house, and Tammy was great. She is available but not pushy, and she was always ready to offer help and advice if asked. She is also very pleasant company, so she gets 5 stars from me.

Ken and Sue Parr are outstanding agents! They correlated our wants and needs with homes they had found on the Internet , and produced a current list for us to see. They were extremely knowledgable about the areas we were interested in, pointing out potential pros and cons of the areas. They went above and beyond numerous times arranging different things during and after negotiations. Our final buying decision was based on logic and common sense while NOT devoid of emotion thanks to Ken and Sue . They gave us a lot of extra information to consider about our upcoming move to Florida that we would not have known, thus making our purchase dicision easier.

Kate was extremely responsive during the course of our home buying effort. Responded almost immediately to every question we had, and took extra effort to obtain information and recommendations when requested. Impressed us initially due to the fact that within hours of meeting her at an open house, she provided a list of potential properties that met our needs. And, while being quite attentive, she was never "pushy". Will gladly recommend to any friends looking to buy or sell.

Every aspect of my experience of buying a house was pure bliss. Patrick's knowledge of real estate was beyond great. We were extremely pleased with the professional real estate service that we received from Amy Rakouskas. She previously listed our condominium unit in Sarasota, FL. She utilized marketing techniques which we believe helped to sell the property very quickly. She had wonderful photographs of the property taken by a professional photographer and she arranged for post cards which advertised the property to be sent to potential prospects. She was a pleasure to work with during the transaction. She was on time to appointments, made helpful suggestions regarding getting the property ready to show, and did a good job coordinating necessary details with the buyer's real estate agent after the property was under contract. We are "detail oriented" people and we found her to be very patient and helpful in working with us during the process of signing all of the forms which are typically necessary during a real estate transaction. She helped us to feel comfortable. Amy also assisted us with a second real estate transaction by referring us to a real estate agent in Tennessee. Our home in TN. had been on the market for over one year. When the listing expired we decided we wanted to make a change and asked Amy to help us to find a different real estate agent. The real estate agent that she suggested to list our home was a pleasure to work with and our home in TN was then sold extremely quickly after our new listing.We appreciate the great results that were achieved during the sales of our properties.
