Joseph really knocked it out of the park for me! He was very flexible with his schedule and mine ! He showed me about eight or nine houses before I found the one that I loved. He was always readily available and responded very quickly to any questions I had about anything . As a first time home buyer I felt confident that I had the right person working for me!! Thank you!!

In 2017 we decided to buy a home in Venice FL. We had a Canadian friend who recommended Magda to us as a very good Real Estate Broker. Magda was very professional and easy to deal with. She always took her time and did not pressure us to buy even after showing us several homes. We went back to Canada in the spring and returned in the fall. During that time Magda kept us informed on what homes were for sale in the market place. She then showed us the home we eventually purchased. Not only did she find us a very nice home but was helpful in negotiating with the sellers. We wanted to move in before Christmas but was advised there probably was not enough time to have the property inspected and all the paper work completed. Magda pushed to have this accomplished as we moved in 7 days before Christmas. Not only is she a great real estate lady but is willing to spend the time helping with whom to contact re home inspections and various trades people. When and if we were to sell the property, Magda will be the person we will use. It was a pleasure working with ya Magda.
