Paul will not only go above and beyond every step of the way but he is a great communicator, quick thinker, excellent negotiator, and he knows everything you need to know about buying a home. Paul was in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. He quickly figured out exactly what type of home I was looking for, he actually went out and previewed many of the houses he planned on showing me, and then he created a spreadsheet with projected costs for all the properties I was interested in! He drove me around for hours taking me to many different areas and neighborhoods showing me many beautiful homes. After finding my dream home, Paul consistently communicated with me throughout the whole process, and he paid meticulous attention to every detail. He quickly responded to my text messages, phone calls or emails. If Brian Meskil is your typical Michael Saunders realtor then Michael Saunders has to be the best agency in Florida. I have never worked with a realtor who went so far above and beyond in all details of finding the right home for his clients. I did not take long to go from the feeling of having a realtor showing homes to having a trusted friend showing homes. It was quite obvious that not only was Brian very knowledgeable in the homes and areas the homes were located, but also the important details pertaining to the homes. And I'm very thankful he shared that knowledge while we searched for that perfect home. Brian and Michael Sanders Realty will always get my referral for anyone looking for a realtor. Paul was actually the listing agent on the home I purchased. In spite of not being his customer directly, I was impressed by how Paul went way ABOVE and BEYOND and went the extra mile to assure all parties in the transaction had a delightful experience. He was awesome to work with, informative, helpful and demonstrated true caring for his customers. I was so impressed with Paul that when my sister indicated she wanted to start looking for a home in the area, I insisted she talk to Paul. Like my experience with Paul, he worked tirelessly to find her the perfect home.
