Adam is the best real estate professional that I have worked with in more than 30 years of buying and selling properties. His knowledge and attitude is fantastic, he routinely does tasks that go above and beyond what even good real estate agents do in their role to buy and sell properties. I found his opinions and recommendations to be right on target and moved the transaction forward. Tom and his team are amazing. Over the last 5 years we have listed two properties for sale and both sold withing 2 weeks at or over our asking price. He took time to understand the property being sold, pointed out the strengths of these properties. He was responsive and dependable on all aspects of the transactions. We had a terrific experience with Linda. After listing with another realtor and seeing literally no action for 6 months we re-listed with Linda. Linda helped us understand the market, the competing properties and worked with us closely to set the right price. As a result, we sold in a week for over our asking price! I also couldn't say enough about Linda's after sales service. We were in New York while all of this was happening and Linda had the contacts and resources to get all of the miscellaneous fix ups done on the house. Her assistant Chantelle is a huge asset. Linda and her team are highly recommended!
