After expressing the stress of getting rid of so much furniture already and having to do it again he helped us find a charity consignment for our excess furniture, made all the inquiries and changed his schedule to help us move it before a hurricane. When you are selling your home, it's all about the details. Joanna Benante has an expert eye for details and made our house "pop" in photos, in person, and by description. What a wonderful experience! Doug Parks was so great to work with and made the entire process so easy. He is very professional and very good at what he does... Doug provided services that were above and beyond any other realtors I have dealt with. He was timely, provided great advice and handled all that was required... Since I still live in Michigan and I could not be there for the close, he even handled the walk thru and closing for me. I was and am so grateful. Doug successfully sold my first home in Calusa Lakes, Florida. He sold my Mom's house, also in Calusa Lakes, in addition to finding me the perfect home in Venice, Florida. He also set me up with a realtor in Michigan to sell my condo here... I could not ask for more. I am so appreciative and grateful I have Doug as a Realtor... he is awesome to say the least. Robin was a pleasure to work with from our first appointment through her follow up contact after the sale. In addition to her knowledge of the local area and real estate offerings in Venice and the surrounding communities, Robin has a lot of energy and great sense of humor - which made real estate hunting with her both fun and entertaining! Coming from a different part of the state, I relied on Robin's recommendations for local services including lender, title company, inspector, electrician and handyman - which was a helpful time-saver for me. How fortunate for me to select Marci McFarland as my listing agent! She created an excellent slide show (which my children strongly approved) and other publicity. Then, she staged my home using my own items. She voluntarily took action way beyond her job description, cleaning out the refrigerator/freezer, and offering to take this client to the ER (in response to the client’s MD’s instruction). Marci deserves a “superior” rating for her performance in my case. And the cherry on the sundae is that Marci is a genuinely great person!

Deb’s professionalism, sincerity, wonderful personality, and knowledge of the market enabled us to choose from a vetted group of houses – making this a process of pleasure. Also, throughout this process, our interaction with members of your staff demonstrated the professionalism that obviously prevails throughout your organization. That said, without Deb, none of this would have been possible. I should note that Deb went above and beyond by looking after our new home by overseeing the inspection process while my wife and I were selling our home in New Jersey.
