Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Being from Massachusetts, we knew nothing about Florida living or homes. Tammy asked all the right questions and she began her quest to find us our first home. We were still living in Mass. but she would send us info and photos. She knew exactly what we were looking for. When we finally met Tammy, we were not disappointed. She is professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She and her husband are now very good friends of ours.

Tammy helped us purchase our vacation home in Venice, Florida. We were living in New York at the time, so Tammy's help was amazing. She even toured homes we were interested in and filmed them for us, when we couldn't make a trip down to see them ourselves! She was always upbeat and helpful, and gave good advice.

My husband, Anthony and I had not only a very professional experience with Tammy but also experienced the best time with Tammy! She knows her stuff and makes the house-hunting process a joy rather than a frustration! Our "hunt" was a fairly lengthy one due to our schedule... and Tammy persevered and together we finally found our perfect home! I'm now proud to say that Tammy, her husband and family are now cherished friends! YES! I ABSOLUTELY recommend Tammy! 5 STARS all the way!!!

Tammy was a wonderful realtor to work with. I am from Ohio and was looking for a second home in Fl. Tammy accommodated all my requests to schedule multiple listings each time I came into town to view homes. She is very knowledgeable and very trusting, I felt as if she was always looking out for my best interest and was always available for any questions or concerns that I had. I would strongly recommend Tammy Mast and will use her for any real estate transactions in the future.

Tammy is one of the best agents I have worked with. She was very diligent working with the builder and at closing with the mortgage company. I highly recommend her to anyone to help in all aspects of buying a home.

Tammy patiently worked with us over a period of three years, knowing that in the beginning we were not ready to buy. She used that time to educate us on the many areas and lifestyles to choose from in Sarasota. Once we decided on the area and returned to our hometown, she continued to send us information and when the time was right, helped us to act quickly on the house we ultimately bought

We received excellent service from Jody Shinn. She promptly returned calls & answered any questions. We felt good photography was essential & were very impressed that Michael Saunders provided professional photography that included drone video of the surrounding views & community. We'd definitely recommend Jody.
