Bernadette, Has been doing a great job marketing my house. My wife and I are up north for a period of time and she makes sure that the place stays in good condition for sale. We feel confident that there will be a good result even during the time that the snowbirds are not here and it is difficult for buyers to make the effort during the summer heat.
