Malihe is a very aggressive agent who sold our apartment in short time. She took time to explain all the features of the apartment. She was always available when we had a question or problem. I have dealt with several real estate agents in different countries and never encountered someone as professional, efficient and dedicated as Leah. The whole home purchase process was a breeze, even though I was living in a different state at the time of purchase. Leah was able to identify which type of house we wanted, showed us only houses that fit the profile. We relied on her for the entire process and the truth is we only had to show up to sign the deed. She did all the heavy lifting keeping us in the loop every step of the way. I am now a happy homeowner thanks to the brilliant work of Leah. For anyone buying a home in the Dallas region, she is the person to go.

We met Stuart at his open house in Lakewood Ranch CC East. He was very professional, personable and spent a great deal of time gathering other listings for our consideration after listening to our wants and needs as buyers. We told him we were in the preliminary stages of a transitional move from Punta Gorda. We then spent another day with him learning all the details about Lakewood Ranch and narrowing down our areas in which to look . First let me say that we are tough customers and it takes a five star real estate agent with enormous patience to find us the ideal home. Luckily we fell into the hands of a six star agent, in our book, Jody Shinn. I am sure that at times during our house hunting adventures Jody truly believed we were from outer space but never let on. She always let us feel that our comments and perceptions were always right. At times she jumped through hoops to get us into a home and we would barely get in the front door while insisting that it wasn't the right one for us. Jody never wavered and never gave up and eventually after three search expeditions helped us find the right one. She didn't stop there helping us through the various paperwork and mortgage processes leading to a stressless and pleasant closing experience. Jody still checks in with us and provides us with her knowledge of area contractors, shopping, and things to do. How lucky we and the Michael Sauders & Co are to have Jody representing us!
