Karen Brown has step by step gone above and beyond helping us purchase our forever home in Florida.....She takes the effort to make sure here clients are protected in every way. Since we are moving to Florida from Wisconsin....she made sure we had all information needed to purchase our home. She provided the name of inspectors, banks, and insurance agents.
